Zell am See: Chairman of the luxury car brand Porsche, Wolfgang Porsche, is divorcing his wife due to her "dementia-like illness". The billionaire executive is 79 years old and his soon-to-be ex-wife Claudia is 74 years old.

According to a report in New York Post and the German publication Bild, he finds it "impossible" to live with Claudia because the illness has "irrevocably" changed her personality. He cited the illness also as a reason for the split. He was lately seen hanging out with his longtime friend Gabriela Prinzessin zu Leiningen (59).

Gabriela was married to Prince Karl Emich of Leiningen in 1991 and divorced after seven years. Just months after, she married Swiss Karim Aga Khan IV, the 49th Imam of the Nizari Ismailis. They were divorced 16 years later in 2014.

Claudia is a former adviser to the German government. She has been unable to move without assistance for months. For the past two years, she has been dependent on her daughter and four housekeepers for round-the-clock care. Wolfgang started dating Claudia in 2007 and married her in 2019.
