Watch: Man punches a kangaroo in the face to rescue his dog

A video of a man fighting a kangaroo to save his dog has gone viral in the social media websites.

As per the description form the from licensor of the video, the incident happened when a group of friends were hunting i a forest in Australia.

"One of the highly trained dogs, part of the gang, was chasing some pigs by scent and collided with a big buck kangaroo that then held and wrestled the dog by its protective gear (boars have tusks like knives), the owner was horrified that his dog or the kangaroo would get hurt and run in to save both parties.

The video shows the kangaroo releasing the dog when the owner gets close but then moves in to try and attack the human. The owner of the dog suddenly given the wild animal a punch as it kept coming forward. The punch stops the animal giving the owner and the dog time to disengage from the kangaroo.
