The Buraidah Dates Carnival in the Qassim Region under the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture is a prominent marketing outlet for the Kingdom's date industry. Supervised by the National Center for Palms and Dates, this event handles over 1,000 vehicles daily, loaded with tons of dates, creating a hub for both consumers and investors.

Spread over 15,000 square meters, the export yard is a key component of this operation, as well as the packaging and distributing dates to cities across Saudi Arabia and more than 100 countries, including those in America, Europe, East Asia, and the Gulf.

Qassim produces over 390,000 tons of dates annually, with ongoing efforts to increase this by planting over two million palm trees. These initiatives align with Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to boost non-oil revenues. Over 500 trucks depart the export yard daily, distributing more than 50 varieties of dates across the Kingdom and to processing factories, ensuring high-quality standards for export.
