Video: This boy can twist his head 180 degrees like an owl

Surat: It is true being flexible is not so extraordinary. But, how far can you actually stretch your body parts?

The videos of Surat’s ‘bendy boy’ going viral on social media will have you wonderstruck as the 18-year-old is so flexible that he can rotate his head 180 degrees like an owl.

Yash Shah can even turn his limbs as if there are no bones in his body. He can do front press ups with his legs facing the 'wrong' direction, and wrap his arms around his waist - despite them being crossed behind his back. The flexible lad can also thrown his leg behind his neck and bend his legs inwards towards his groin.

Shah started training on his own in his mid-teens after getting inspired by American contortionist Daniel Browning Smith. His grandfather also played a part in convincing him.
