Pakistani girl sings ‘Malare’ song from Premam, wins hearts

Kozhikode: Nazia Amin Mohammad, a Pakistani national, has won the hearts Malayalis across the world with her attempt to sing the hit number ‘Malare’ from blockbuster Malayalam film, "Premam".

Nazia, a business development executive based in Dubai, shot a video of herself attempting to sing the hit melody number ‘Malare’. The video was first shared by her friend on Facebook and is an internet hit now as it has garnered several likes and shares on social media.

“Since I have made so many friends from Kerala, India in Dubai, it’s my wish to dedicate a Malayali (sic) song for you people,” Nazia says in the beginning of the video. She also apologizes beforehand for any probable pronunciation errors.

Of course, there are missteps but they are largely negligible. Moreover, she has nailed the song beautifully.
