New Delhi: A 6-year-old’s workbook where she mismatched tennis player Leander Paes to dance has left the netizens in split following Paes’ reply.

A photo of the workbook shared by her uncle on X showed the task of matching celebrities to their professions, NDTV reported.

The girl accurately put Mangeshkar and Virat Kohli to their professions but mismatched Paes to dance and Prabhu Deva to tennis.

The user, who shared the photo on X, wrote ‘my 6yo niece thinks Tennis legend @Leander is a dancer.’

Paes responded sharing a clip from Salman Khan’s song ‘O Oh Jaane Jaana’ where his face was juxtaposed on the actor’s and wrote “The rumours are true.”

Paes’ post raked in more than 3.8 lakh views, causing comments with one user saying: “Leander be like: D in my name stands for DANCE.”

Another user wrote “Good thing that you used Selmon bhai’s steps…now she’d be sure for her entire lifetime that you are not a dancer.”

Leander Paes is one of the most acclaimed doubles tennis players in the country.

Paes won accolades, including the Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan, and the Arjuna Award.
