Le Macarons Chocolatier has introduced a new Protein Bar Chocolate in the UAE as part of the country’s wider focus on health and active lifestyles.

The Ajman-based brand said the new product is for consumers seeking options that combine nutrition with premium chocolate quality. Company representatives said the Protein Bar Chocolate is made using selected ingredients and premium cocoa, targeting customers who prefer functional products without compromising on taste.

A spokesperson for the company said, “As the UAE places increasing emphasis on healthy living and well-being, we see an opportunity to reimagine indulgence. Our Protein Bar Chocolate is designed to complement this movement, offering a functional yet luxurious option that supports balanced living while honoring our French heritage and craftsmanship”.

Le Macarons Chocolatier was established in 2018 and operates under the Bin Rayan Group, which was founded in 1962 as a foodstuff trading business. The group later expanded into retail and wholesale food distribution in the region.

The brand offers handcrafted chocolates, dates, macarons, cookies and customised gift products, including hand-painted porcelain and scented accessories. It provides shipping services across all emirates.

Company officials present at the press event included Abdul Rahiman, Managing Director; Sisira Ranasigha, Executive Chef; Haniya, Marketing Manager; Raiza, Sales Manager; Hanan, Business Development Manager; and Ramya, Hygiene Officer.

The company said the new product reflects its effort to respond to changing consumer preferences while maintaining its focus on product quality and presentation.
