Court allows Dileep visit Doha

Kochi: Dileep, accused in an actor abduction case, was granted permission to visit Qatar by the Ernakulam principal district and sessions court on Monday.
The court was considering a petition seeking relaxation in bail conditions so as to enable him to travel abroad.
The court permitted the actor to go abroad for three days and issued a directive to the authorities concerned to give back the actor his passport which he had earlier surrendered before the court as a condition for getting the bail.
He will leave for Doha on September 20 and return on September 22.
In November last year, the actor had visited Dubai for four days to open an outlet of ‘Dhe Puttu’, his restaurant chain. He had travelled to Dubai then after obtaining a similar permission from the High Court.
