'The Rays to Success' wins IPA-Author 2024 award

Dubai: The book The Rays to Success is honoured with the esteemed IPA-Author 2024 Award at the International Promoters Association (IPA) annual conference, a prominent Malayali business community in Dubai. The event took place on February 25, 2025, at the Dubai Flora Hotel and saw the participation of over 200 IPA members along with leading business figures.
The award was presented to author Shaji Narikolli in recognition of his contributions to book writing and the impact of The Rays to Success on the employment sector. IPA Chairman Zainudheen Hotpack conferred the award, while AK Faisal of Malabar Gold presented a momentous gift and the precious golden shawl ponnada as part of the honour.
