Dubai Charity launches Alif Baa campaign to support students in 15 countries
text_fieldsDubai Charity Association has launched its 2026 education support campaign, “Alif Baa”, to help more children stay in school and gain access to proper learning facilities.
The annual campaign will support students of different age groups in the UAE and 15 countries around the world.
This year’s program goes beyond school supplies. It aims to provide a full support system for students who face financial or logistical barriers to education.
The campaign will provide uniforms, school bags and laptops. It will also sponsor the education of orphans and cover tuition fees for students from low-income families.
Dubai Charity will also support the development and furnishing of educational facilities, including schools, Quran memorisation centres and classrooms.
The campaign places particular focus on developing and disadvantaged communities where formal educational institutions are limited or unavailable.
Eng Adel Al Suwaidi, Board Member, Treasurer and Director of Operations at Dubai Charity Association, said education is the foundation for building stable and prosperous communities.
He said the campaign renews the association’s commitment to empowering future generations inside and outside the UAE.
He added that investing in education is an investment in the future and that every child has the potential to make a difference in their community when given the right environment.
Through Alif Baa, Dubai Charity aims to turn that belief into direct support for students who need school supplies, financial assistance and safe spaces to learn.
