Abu Dhabi launches first official rental index

Abu Dhabi has launched its first official rental index, aimed at boosting transparency and stability in the real estate market. The index, developed by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), serves both tenants and landlords by providing indicative rental values for properties across the city.

The user-friendly platform offers quarterly pricing data for residential, commercial and industrial properties. Residents can access this information by selecting their municipality—Dhafra, Abu Dhabi city or Al Ain city—followed by their desired zone and sector.

Users can view a range of property types, including apartments and villas, along with pricing details and the number of bedrooms. An interactive map enhances the browsing experience, allowing users to explore different localities and compare prices.

ADREC’s new index is part of its ongoing efforts to improve customer satisfaction and deliver value to investors, tenants, and property owners in the capital’s growing real estate market.
