Kerala assembly election on May 16

New Delhi: The election to the state legislative assembly will be held on May 16 in single phase, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Nasim Zaidi announced on Friday.

“In Kerala, all 140 constituencies in Kerala to go to polls on May 16,” Nasim Zaidi told reporters.

“Counting of votes in all the five states to be held on May 19,” he said.
