Government fully trusts AG: K Babu

Kochi: Excise Minister K. Babu has hit back at KPCC President V M Sudheeran saying that the government fully trusted the Advocate General.

He said that putting blames on AG was equal to blaming the government. The Minister added that the bars would be issued notices only after sorting legal advice.

The minister was responding to V M Sudheeran’s statement that the Advocate General failed to bring to notice of the High Court, the government’s new liquor policy.
