RPSG Lifestyle Media introduces 'The Hollywood Reporter' to the Indian market

Avarna Jain, Chairperson of RPSG Lifestyle Media, emphasises that THR India will be the "first Indian publication" comprehensively covering the entire Indian entertainment industry. Jain said, "It will celebrate cinematic creativity across languages, regions, and platforms, including OTT, digital, and theatre."
Elisabeth Rabishaw, Executive Vice President and Co-publisher of The Hollywood Reporter, expresses the significance of the partnership, stating, "This partnership signifies our continued commitment to fostering global connections and celebrating the culture, vibrancy, and robust entertainment business in India."
Nekesa Mumbi Moody, Co-editor-in-chief of The Hollywood Reporter, highlights that the THR India team will "showcase and amplify" India's rich and compelling entertainment industry on the international stage.
The Hollywood Reporter, renowned for its authority in entertainment journalism, currently has editions in the US, Italy, and Japan.
The Editor-in-Chief and other senior positions for THR India are in the process of being appointed, and the launch date will be announced shortly.
Recognised for its access to the American entertainment industry, The Hollywood Reporter is considered a definitive voice among industry leaders and pop culture enthusiasts. The publication is also acclaimed for its live events, philanthropic initiatives, and successful video series, including the Emmy-nominated "Close Up with The Hollywood Reporter."
RPSG Lifestyle Media, part of the USD 7-billion RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, already publishes HELLO! India and plans to introduce Esquire India in the coming months. The group envisions expanding into various lifestyle verticals in the future.
