Kyiv, Moscow: Initial reports from attacks into Ukraine is being coming out of the country as authorities informed the death of 18 people in the Odessa region on Thursday. A minimum of six people were killed in the Brovary town in Ukraine's capital, Reuters reported.

Black smoke was reportedly seen rising from Ukraine's defence ministry intelligence building in Kyiv on Thursday, but the structure stays intact. Squads in uniform were seen throwing bags into a fire near the building.

Ukraine has informed that some of its military command centres have been hit by Russian missiles.

Meanwhile, the Russian administration urged its citizen to support Moscow's military attacks into Ukraine. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that they believe the citizens are with them and added that the duration of its mission depends on 'results' and will last as long as necessary, Agence France-Presse reported.

Peskov said that a large majority of Russians supported Moscow recognising the independence of two states in Ukraine, and therefore, they sure that people will support the administration in the current mission too.

He further said that there was a sharp drop in ruble at the Moscow stock exchange, but it was predictable. But all measures have been taken to ensure the quickest end to the current situation, Peskov told reporters.
