New Delhi: Since his ouster in April, Imran Khan has been a thorn in the side of Pakistan government after he started lavishly attacking it

Days ago he led a march to Islamabad plunging the capital city into chaos after his supporters fought with the police.

Now Pakistan's Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah wants to put an end to Imran Khan's rabble-rousing style of politics.

Rana Sanaullah on Sunday said Imran Khan would be arrested once his protective bail expires, reports say.

Rana was referring to the three-week transit bail granted to Khan by Peshawar High Court on June 2 with a surety bond of Pakistani rupees 50,000.

Suggesting Khan's likelihood of getting arrested, The News reported that Khan is facing charges in over a dozen cases including rioting, sedition, and armed attacks on the federation.

Rana said that the security officials stationed outside Imran Khan's residence Bani Gala would arrest him as his bail expires.

Questioning Imran Khan further, Rana asked how Khan could lead a political party while instigating people in complete disregard of moral and political values.

Earlier Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz alleged corruption running into "billions" against Imran Khan, his wife Bushra Bibi and her friend Fara Gogi during Khan's tenure.

PML-N leader Atta Ullah Tarar told media that Imran Khan in 2019 offered under an amnesty scheme 320 million to Ahsan Jamil Gujjar Farah's husband.

It seems Khan is attacked more following his ouster and subsequent resurgence with rallies than when he was in power.
