The valedictory ceremony of Class 12 students at the Indian School Sur

Indian School Sur celebrated the valedictory ceremony of Class 12 students, on February 15, 2024. 55 graduating students were honored by esteemed dignitaries, including Chief Guest Mr. Jami Srinivasa Rao, President of the School Management Committee (SMC), along with Convenor Mr. Pradeep Kumar A V, Treasurer Adv Saeed T P, Members Dr. Ramkumar, Mr. Shabeeb Mohammed and Mrs. Nishreen Basheer, Principal Dr. S Srinivasan, parents, and teachers.

In the presidential address, Mr. Jami Srinivasa Rao congratulated the outgoing students on their successful completion of schooling. He also encouraged them to employ the knowledge acquired to overcome the battles in the future.

Dr. Ramkumar, SMC member, emphasized the pivotal role of education and diligent study in shaping a meaningful life. Drawing inspiration from ancient wisdom, he underscored the duties children owe to their parents as a guiding principle for success.

Mr. Shabeeb Mohammed and Mrs. Nishreen Basheer also extended their heartfelt congratulations to all graduating students.

The principal of the school, Dr. S Srinivasan, emphasized the three fundamental D's of life: Desire, Decision, and Discipline, as guiding principles for success. He stressed the importance of good grades in enhancing every student's future and encouraged them to embrace change gracefully.

The ceremony included a floral welcome to the Chief Guest, along with prayers and the lighting of the lamp. The graduating students, SMC members, the Principal and the Chief Guest shared their experiences and blessings.

Mrs. Sarala, HOD of Science, motivated students with words of encouragement, and mementos were distributed as tokens of appreciation and love from Indian School Sur. The vote of thanks was delivered by Mrs. Aswathy, the physical education teacher.

The valedictory ceremony served as a memorable event, marking the transition of students from Indian School Sur to the next phase of their lives with optimism and determination.
