Annual Day celebrations at Indian School Muladha

Indian School Muladha (ISML) hosts its 33rd Annual Day celebration on February 15, 2024, uniting students, parents, faculty and distinguished guests in a vibrant display of cultural diversity and academic brilliance. His Excellency Abdullah Saeed Al-Saadi, Member of Parliament, Wilayat Musannah, Sultanate of Oman, attended the function as the Chief Guest, along with special guests – Director Mr. Sirajudeen Nhelat, President of School Management Committee Mr. A. Anilkumar, Convenor Mr.M.T. Musthafa, Treasurer Mr. Dileep Kumar. The event was occupied by other notable members, guests, parents, well-wishers, teachers and students.

Mr. Anilkumar's warmly welcomed the guests and invited everyone to partake in the joyous occasion. The principal, Mr. Parveen Kumar, presented the school's annual report, offering a comprehensive overview of achievements and acknowledging the dedication and hard work of students and educators.

Special guest Mr. Sirajudeen Nhelat delivered an insightful address and emphasized education's pivotal role in shaping the youth's future and promoting cultural harmony. The dignitaries led the prize distribution ceremony and honored academic accomplishments. Toppers of CBSE Class X and XII 2022-23, Kanishkamithra Rajasekaran and Anfal Sayeed, were awarded cash prizes of 1 lakh Indian rupees each sponsored by Taj Al Khair and Al Hosni and Partners.

The event also honored teachers with 30, 25 and 10 years of service, along with the best teachers and performers of the year. The event then launched the School Newsletter AURORA and the Department Bulletin SPECTRUM.

The annual day function featured captivating student performances, including dances, cultural presentations and melodious musical acts. The school choir's soulful rendition and a mesmerizing welcome dance were program highlights.

In the heartfelt vote of thanks, Vice Principal Mr. Ashick K.P. expressed gratitude to all contributors for supporting the event. The concluding note of unity, diversity, and celebration was also shared as a testament to ISML’s commitment to fostering a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.
