NSS moves HC against unifying school education

Kochi: Nair Service Society is all set to challenge in High Court the government’s decision to merge three directorates of school education into one. 

NSS General Secretary G Sukumaran Nair in a petition seeks to quash the report of three-member committee headed by MA Khader.

The report recommends unification of three directorates and thus creating the post of director of general education.

NSS alleges that the government orders are against the Kerala Education Act and its rules.
