Kodiyeri sees no circumstances to go after Mani
text_fieldsThiruvananthapuram: CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan has said that LDF is not in a state to go after Kerala Congress-M. However, LDF will accommodate those who come after correcting themselves. He said that CPM state secretariat has not discussed the case of Mani.
"Cabinet reshuffle was not discussed. The cabinet is functioning properly. Party does not intervene in the day to day affairs of the police. The government has adopted an exemplary model," Kodiyeri said.
CPM has no disputes with CPI. T here is no policy that CPI cannot express any opinion. There is nothing reasonable in functioning as two parties if there is no space for expression of opinion. It is appreciable that BDJS, formed by BJP, is coming out of the coalition after a break up with them. CPM holds the view that it will not go along with political parties based on caste or religion.
“State Committee has decided to broaden the popular base of LDF to gain maximum seats in Lok Sabha elections. As such, bonds with the parties who cooperate with LDF will be strengthened,” Kodiyeri added.
