Thiruvanthapuram: In the twenty two months since resigning as minister, EP Jayarajan has sworn in again as minister of Industries and Sports today morning.
Governor P. Sathasivam administered the oath of office. Jayarajan quit Pinarayi Cabinet in October 2016 over nepotism charges.
The 68-year-old leader from Kannur allegedly made lapses in appointing P. K Sudheer, son of Sreemathy, as KSIE MD.
With Jayarajan’s induction, members of LDF ministry have risen to twenty.
Meanwhile, the Opposition boycotted the swearing in ceremony.
