Bangaluru: PDP leader Abdul Nasser Ma’dani is likely to approach the Supreme Court over delay in the trial in the 2008 Bengaluru serial blasts case.

Though the deadline set by the Supreme Court has ended in mid-March, there is no progress in the trail process, sources said.

Extending the bail of Ma’dani, the Supreme Court in November last year had directed the Karnataka government to complete the trial in the case within four months.

He was first granted bail on July 11, 2014 on medical grounds and had been given extensions time and again by the Supreme Court.

Ma’dani faces charges in the 2008 Bengaluru serial blasts case.
