Thiruvananthapuram: The UDF Sunday observed as the black day, in protest against the attacks on its party offices and legislators.

KPCC president V.M. Sudheeran told reporters yesterday that protest marches and public meetings would be held in all constituencies.

The Kerala Assembly witnessed unruly scenes on Friday as members of the Left opposition broke the speaker's chair and the electronic equipment to register their protest against Mani presenting the budget.
