Malappuram: A Keralite was abducted in strife-torn Yemen by Houthi rebels.
Salman (47), who hails from Areakode in Malappuram, was abducted on Sunday, his relatives said.
They said his abduction in Yemen by Houthi rebels has been confirmed by the External Affairs Ministry.
Yemen has been witnessing fierce battle between Saudi-led coalition and Shiite rebels.
