Thiruvananthapuram: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh Saturday offered prayers at the famous Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple here.
Singh spent about 45 minutes in the temple. He was accompanied by former BJP state president PK Krishnadas and local leaders.
The temple shot to fame three years ago after the discovery of a treasure trove in its chambers.
Singh was received at the temple by Additional District Judge K Indira, who is heading the administrative set up of the temple, and senior officials.
