New Delhi: Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala Friday has said all arrangements have been made to facilitate the return of Keralites stranded in Kashmir following floods in some parts of that State.
“Efforts are on to bring the stranded Keralites back home,” Chennithala, who has been deputed to coordinate the efforts to bring back the stranded people, told reporters here.
“The government is concerned on the situation of Keralites stranded in the Royal Bhattu Hotel. There is a complaint that they are not getting food and water and it has been conveyed to Defence Minister Arun Jaitley,” the Minister said.
“Tickets for their safe return back home are also made available at the Srinagar airport,” he said.
