Award-winning director to make documentary on Elon Musk

Los Angeles: Oscar-winning filmmaker Alex Gibney is making a documentary on billionaire Elon Musk. It is being described as a "rigorous portrait" of Tesla, Twitter, and SpaceX CEO that will "take on the challenge of examining" him and his global impact.
He told The Guardian that he has been working on the film, on and off, for some time and is hugely excited about it. "I am delighted by this extraordinary group who are working with me. Onward!"
The Hollywood Reporter said that the film is titled "Musk". It is described as a "definitive and unvarnished examination" of the second richest man in the world. The billionaire reacted to the news and tweeted: "It's a hit piece".
This is not the first documentary on Elon Musk. In 2018, 'Elon Musk: The Real Life Iron Man' was released and last year, the BBC did a programme titled 'The Elon Musk Show'.
Gibney is known for the Oscar-winning documentary 'Taxi to the Dark Side' and other popular titles like 'Enron: The Smartest Men in the Room', 'Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief' and 'Steve Jobs: Man in the Machine'.
