New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the Board of Control for Cricket in India to disqualify Chennai Super Kings (CSK) without “further enquiry” on Thursday.

Asking N Srinivasan to give details about who controls Chennai Super Kings owned by India Cements, the court said, "Furnish details of share holding of India Cements and composition of its Board members."

Supreme Court has proposed that election to BCCI can be held but persons named in Mudgal report would not contest. The new board should take decision on IPL-6 scam, it further said.

BCCI submitted that an external commission be set up to hand out punishment to persons found guilty in the Mudgal committee report.

The court ruled that BCCI must put and end to all these controversies.
