Recovering the trade heritage

Kozhikode is the center of Malabar, which has a population of 1.25 crore people. This includes the ultra-rich, the affluent, and the common people. The goal is to uplift our economy by including all of them. Growth does not mean making everyone rich. Instead, the focus is on everyone having and being given opportunities equally.
Kozhikode will become home to the world's largest World Trade Centre. We don't just want to build a mere tower. We plan to formulate an innovative project based on business, hospitality, education, research, and culture, just like Dubai developed after the World Trade Centre was established. There is no such massive project anywhere else in India. Kozhikode was a city that attracted traders from all parts of Asia, including Arabia and Europe. Globally, this gave Kozhikode recognition and fame. However, the city's glory declined later on as other cities also began to develop.
The World Trade Centre is HiLITE's step toward recovering Kozhikode's heritage and demonstrating to the world that this city has the capacity to lead. The WTC will also be a launchpad for young professionals in sectors from IT and finance to hospitality and retail. The World Trade Centre is also a part of HiLITE's growth. However, that is not our only goal.
Our desire is for Kozhikode to stand tall on India's map in terms of indicators like economy, infrastructure development, and standard of living. That is also a personal mission. Kozhikode is the beginning of HiLITE. We have witnessed Kozhikode's growth and its struggles. The objective of the World Trade Centre project is to give something back to Kozhikode, which has supported HiLITE's growth. This is not just a business zone; it is also the future.
