BMW 5 Series petrol variant launched at Rs. 54 lakhs
text_fieldsMumbai: The BMW 5 Series 520i Petrol Variant has been launched in India at a price of Rs. 54 lakhs, leaving customers with options of petrol and diesel variants in the BMW 5 Series sedan.
Unlike the diesel variants, 520i petrol variants is import to India as a CBU (Complete Built-Up Unit).
Powering the 520 I is a 2.0-liter Twin Power Turbo 4-cylinder engine generating up to 135 Kw / 184 hp of peak power and a peak torque of 270Nm between 1250 – 4500 rpm. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 7.9 seconds.
The exterior color options are aesthetic with Alpine White (Non-metallic), Black Sapphire (Metallic) and Imperial Blue Brilliant Effect (Metallic). Most of the exterior features and design of the BMW 5 Series Diesel Variant are retained; the High-Beam Adaptive LED Headlights, headlamps, LED tail lamps, kidney grille, large bumpers and dual chrome tail pipes are carried over from the diesel version into this petrol version.
The interiors comes with upholstery made using standard Dakota leather with colors as Dakota Cinnamon Brown or Black, Dakota Veneto Beige and Dakota Oyster with exclusive black stitching, further enhanced with mood lights and electrical glass sunroof, along with a sport leather covered steering wheel.
Other entertaining electronic options include Bluetooth with audio streaming, Harman Kardon Surround Sound System, iDrive touch, handwriting recognition, 25.9 cm color display, etc. go with useful features as USB Connectivity, rear view camera and park distance control.
