New York: Nearly four months before the former US president Donald Trump was attacked on Saturday, a man on YouTube claimed to have a selfsame vision about the incident.

Bradon Biggs, who runs a YouTube channel on "visions and prophetic warnings", claimed in a video posted on March 14 that he had a ‘divine vision’ about an attempt on Trump's life.

Trump had a miraculous escape from being seriously hurt when one bullet whizzing past him, grazing his ear during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Biggs said in the video: ‘I saw an attempt on his (Donald Trump) life. This bullet flew by his ear and it came so close to his head that it busted his eardrum, and I saw he fell to his knees during this timeframe and started worshipping the lord.’

The 78-year-old Republican dropped to his knees after a bullet hit his right ear with blood spewing out.

A minute later he stood up chanting "Fight! Fight! Fight!" pumping his fist in the air.

Hours after the attack, Biggs’ video predicting the shooting incident resurfaced. Biggs also claimed Trump to be ‘winning the presidency’.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation said that 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks was the "subject involved" in the attempted assassination.

The attack, which took place less than four months before the November 5 polls, killed a rally attendee and two others got injured.

Trump will take on Democratic President Joe Biden in the election with most opinion polls predicting a close contest.

The attack on Trump triggered conversations on security failures of the Secret Service in providing lifetime protection to former presidents.
