Wimbledon: Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza bows out of her final Wimbledon doubles appearance after she got eliminated along with her Czech partner Lucie Hradecka in the first round itself against Polish-Brazilian pair Magdalena Frech and Beatroz Haddad Maia after the latter beating the Sania-Hradecka pair. Score 6-4, 4-6, 2-6, NDTV reports.

Sania had won her first doubles title with Martina Hingis in the 2015 Wimbledon.

Last year, the 35-year-old Indian veteran lost in the third round of the mixed doubles at Wimbledon last year. This year she will pair up with Mate Pavic of Croatia in the mixed doubles event against Natela Dzalamidze and David Vega Hernandez in the opening round, NDTV reports.
