Jasprit Bumrah drops to second spot in ODI rankings, Rishabh Pant moves up 25 spots

India pacer Jasprit Bumrah has dropped to the number two spot in the ICC ODI rankings. He missed the final match against England due to back spasms.

New Zealand's Trent Boult has taken the top spot with a 704 rating. Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal also jumped four spots after picking up seven wickets in the series against England. He is now placed at 16.

Indian wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant jumped 25 spots and is now at 52nd after scoring an unbeaten hundred in the final match.

Hardik Pandya, who hit a 55-ball 71 in the same match and picked up six wickets jumped eight spots to reach 42nd place on the batters' list. He also moved up 13 spots in the all-rounders' list and reached the 8th spot. In the bowlers' list, he moved up 25 spots to reach 70th place.

In batting rankings, former Indian captain Virat Kohli and current captain Rohit Sharma are at fourth and fifth respectively. The first spot belongs to Pakistan's Babar Azam. Bangladesh batters Tamim Iqbal and Litton Das climbed two spots each to be 17th and 30th respectively.

South African cricketer Rassie van der Dussen moved up three spots after scoring a century against England during the first ODI. He is now at the third spot on the list. It is his career-best third position in the ICC ODI rankings. South African cricketer Aiden Markram jumped 15 places to be No. 61 after scoring 77 in the 62-run victory. David Miller also reached the 16th spot after jumping one spot.

In all-rounders' rankings, Colin de Grandhomme took the fifth spot while Chris Woakes dropped to sixth.
