The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday unveiled the official song for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025, titled Bring It Home.

The track is performed by acclaimed Indian singer Shreya Ghoshal and is designed to capture the spirit of the tournament.

Blending rhythm, melody, and emotion, the high-energy anthem features catchy hooks like “Tarikita Tarikita Tarikita Dhom” and the heartbeat-inspired line “Dhak Dhak, we bring it home.” The lyrics highlight unity and determination, paying tribute to the strength and dreams of women cricketers around the world. Lines such as “Patthar pighlana hai, Ek naya itihas banana hai” (We have to melt stones and forge a new history) underscore grit and perseverance against all odds.

Sharing her excitement, Shreya Ghoshal said: “It has been a wonderful experience to be part of the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup 2025 through the official event song that celebrates the spirit, strength, and unity of women's cricket. I feel honoured to lend my voice and be part of a moment that brings people together through the love of the game. I hope it inspires fans and creates lasting memories as we celebrate this exciting tournament.”

The Women’s Cricket World Cup will run from 30 September to 2 November 2025. Matches will be played across DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, ACA Stadium in Guwahati, Holkar Stadium in Indore, ACA-VDCA Stadium in Visakhapatnam, and R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

This will be the 13th edition of the quadrennial event.

For the first time, ticket prices have been set at record lows, starting from Rs 100 (around USD 1.14). According to the ICC, this is the lowest ever price for any global cricket tournament.
