Beginning October 18, access to the platforms of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre) will require users to log in using UAE Pass, the country’s official digital identity for residents and citizens. This change, announced by Mohre on Thursday, will eliminate the use of traditional login details such as usernames and passwords.

In an advisory, the ministry confirmed that UAE Pass will replace all other login credentials, streamlining access to government services for users. The UAE Pass allows individuals to securely access various government platforms, providing a unified digital identity system across the UAE.

Mohre has integrated its services, like other UAE entities, across its website, app, and other digital channels, ensuring ease of use for employers and individuals alike. Employers commonly use these platforms to handle essential tasks such as issuing and canceling work permits and employment contracts. Additionally, domestic worker-related paperwork and absconding reports can also be processed online via Mohre's services.

This move is part of a broader effort to enhance digital accessibility and security within the UAE’s government services.
