New ‘Nusuk Umrah’ service simplifies visa, travel for international pilgrims
text_fieldsThe Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the Nusuk Umrah service, a new digital platform that allows international Umrah pilgrims to directly apply for visas and book services online without intermediaries.
Accessible via umrah.nusuk.sa, the service provides pilgrims with a seamless digital experience to plan and customize their journey. Users can choose from integrated packages or individually book services such as visas, accommodation, transportation and tours.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, Nusuk Umrah complements existing channels like accredited agents while expanding options for international pilgrims. The platform features a user-friendly design, supports multiple languages and integrates with government systems for smooth transactions.
The ministry said the launch aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to host a greater number of Muslims and deliver high-quality services that enrich the spiritual experience of both Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
