Millie (19) took to Instagram to share a photo with Jake (20) and wrote, "I've loved you three summers now, honey, I want them all." Jake also posted two images and wrote, "Forever." The beach-themed photos had Millie wearing a crochet dress and Jake wearing a matching white polo shirt. Millie was also seen showing off the big diamond ring.
