Mumbai: Fashion designer Masaba Gupta has gotten married to actor Satyadeep Misra. She took to Instagram to share the family portrait taken on her wedding day and revealed that her biological father West Indies cricketer Vivian Richards was in attendance.

The photograph included Masaba, her husband Satyadeep, mother Neena Gupta, stepfather Vivek Mehra, biological father Richards, Satydeep's mother Nalini, and his sister Chinmaya. She wrote: "For the first time ever - My whole life came together. This is us. My beautiful blended family Everything from here on is just bonus."

The entire family was seen in shades of pink and yellow designed by Masaba's own label House of Masaba.

Her Instagram post announcing the wedding read: "Married my ocean of calm, this morning. Here's to many many lifetimes of love, peace, stability, and most importantly laughter. And thanks for letting me pick the caption - this is gonna be great!" Masaba and Satyadeep met on the sets of semi-autobiographical Netflix show Masaba Masaba in which Masaba played herself and Satyadeep played her fictional ex-husband Vinay.

The ceremony was a quiet one but Masaba's outfit has been making noise. The pastel colour combination was inspired by legendary Indian painter Manjit Bawa's works. About the outfit, she wrote on Instagram: "Shringar' - A marriage is a celebration of stability, movement, and balance..much like life and Manjit Bawa's work which has had a huge impact in my life … and this artwork provided the inspiration for my bridal line."

She also shared the details and wrote: "In the @houseofmasaba Barfi Pink ‘Paan-Patti' lehenga paired with two dupattas - one in a Lime Green Wallflower Print dupatta with a sequinned border and the other with ‘open hearts' embellished on it in rani pink. The custom border has the first ever Masaba Motif - ‘the palm' and the ‘chidiya' which celebrates the union of tradition and freedom. A sign that women can believe in the institution of marriage yet follow their hearts and voice their thoughts freely."
