New Delhi: Putting rumours about his ill-health to rest, veteran actor Dharmendra said on Monday he was alright.

Reports about the actor receiving care in a hospital were doing rounds lately.

The actor of more than 300 movies in Hindi reassured his fans he was fine and quoted one of his movie songs.

In a video, the actor who is known for his bewitching smile looked nearly the same in red shirt and a bowler hat.

"Hello friends, be positive, Think positive. Life will be positive", Dharmendra said.

Afterwards he crooned a song of his "Main chup hoon, bimar nahin. Kuch na kuch chalti rehti hai."

Then there was another song "Bura mat suno, bura mat dekho, bura mat socho".

Before signing off the actor said "Take care, love each other".

Reports earlier said Dharmendra was getting treated at a hospital, and was critical.

His son and actor Bobby Deol told India Today that his father was recovering at his residence.

Dharmendra suffered a "muscle pull at the back" and was hospitalised in April.

In the video clip appeared after his recovery, the actor said he learnt a lesson about not to push himself too hard.

Dharmendra will share screen in Karan Johar's upcoming directorial Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, according to India Today.
