COVID-19: Global caseload crosses 160.8 million

The global Covid-19 caseload has crossed 160.8 million while deaths surged past 3.34 million, according to John Hopkins University's Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) update on Friday morning. While the current caseload stands at 160,825,974, the death toll stands at 3,340,130.

As per CSSE, the US is the worst-affected country, followed by India. The other badly affected countries are Brazil, France, Turkey, Russia, the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Argentina and Colombia.
