Dubai revises parking tariffs in Karama, Al Qusais

Parkin PJSC, Dubai's largest public parking operator, has announced revised parking tariffs for select areas across the emirate. The changes, which apply to locations under Zones W and WP, were revealed through the company's official account on the social media platform X.

The updated tariff structure will affect several key zones, including Al Karama (318W), Al Qusais First (32W), Madinat Dubai and Al Melaheya (321W) and Al Kifaf (324WP).

In Zone WP, covering Al Kifaf, the new rates set parking charges at Dh6 per hour during peak hours, which are defined as 8am to 10am and 4pm to 8pm. During off-peak hours, the rate will be Dh4 per hour.

For areas under Zone W—specifically Karama, Al Qusais, Madinat Dubai and Al Melaheya—the new tariff introduces a flat rate of Dh4 per hour, applicable throughout the day without any distinction between peak and non-peak times.

Parkin PJSC confirmed that, as per existing policy, parking remains free of charge on Sundays and public holidays across all zones. The revised tariffs aim to enhance parking management and support better availability in high-demand areas of the city.
