Saudi Arabia’s Tawakkalna application has introduced a service allowing pilgrims to access and display Hajj permits digitally during the 2026 Hajj season.

The integrated national platform said the service is intended to simplify permit access for pilgrims while supporting smoother movement and improving digital service efficiency during Hajj.

The service is also available to workers participating in the Hajj season, residents of Makkah, private-sector employees and domestic workers.

Users can review permits linked to entry and movement in Makkah and the holy sites, including pilgrim permits, work permits for employees in the holy sites, entry permits for workers based in Makkah, permits for private-sector staff and domestic workers, as well as volunteer and vehicle permits.

Tawakkalna said the application supports 19 languages and provides more than 1,300 services in cooperation with over 350 government entities.

The services cover sectors including personal affairs, family services, education, health, judiciary, employment, tourism and entertainment.

According to the platform, the application serves more than 36 million users and is available for download through the App Store, Google Play, AppGallery and Galaxy Store.
