Three business leaders whose companies have contributed to Oman’s infrastructure, commerce and construction sectors will share their experience with entrepreneurs and investors at the Inspire Oman Summit on October 14.
The “Meet the Pioneers” session will bring together Dr P. Mohamed Ali, founder of Galfar Engineering, Anil Khimji, director of Khimji Ramdas Group, and Kiran Asher, founder of Al Ansari Group.
The summit, supported by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will take place at The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat.
The three speakers will discuss their decades in business, the challenges they faced and the decisions that helped their companies grow. The session is intended to offer practical lessons for emerging entrepreneurs and investors entering the Omani market.
Their careers reflect the development of businesses across several of the Sultanate’s main economic sectors, alongside long-standing relationships with Oman’s leadership and communities.
A separate panel will examine sustainability and the circular economy, with a focus on turning waste management into commercially viable businesses.
Expatriate industrialists Noushad Rahuman, Ibrahim Abdulrahim and E.M. Badarudeen will discuss their experience developing profitable waste-management enterprises in Oman and the opportunities these businesses offer for the country’s green economy.
The program will also include a session on the India–Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, followed by an interactive discussion with attendees.
