Oman approves three weekly Saudi Airlines flights between Muscat and Riyadh

Saudi Airlines has received approval to operate three direct flights each week between Muscat and Riyadh.

Oman’s Civil Aviation Authority approved the service, which is scheduled to begin on October 27, 2026.

The flights will provide passengers with more options for travelling directly between the Omani and Saudi capitals.

The route is expected to serve business travellers, tourists and passengers making other journeys between the two countries.

The new service forms part of continuing efforts to strengthen air transport links between Oman and Saudi Arabia and accommodate increasing movement between them.

Operating days, departure times, fares and aircraft details were not announced.
