Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates signed a series of bilateral agreements and memorandums of understanding (MoUs) aimed at deepening cooperation across strategic sectors, during a high-level meeting on Tuesday.

The meeting was co-chaired by His Highness the Prime Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.

The governments of both countries formalized cooperation in a wide range of areas including diplomatic relations, land transport and road infrastructure, social development, industrial advancement, education and the oil and gas sector.
