Hayan with his Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records certificates

Nine-year-old Hayan Abdulla, a native of Kozhikode who presently resides in Chennai, walked into the Asian Book of Records and Indian Book of Records after preparing 172 dishes, including two types of Biriyani, Payasam and juice in an hour.

Hayan is the son of Hashnas Abdullah and PV Rasha. Hayan found his craze for cooking at just three years of age when he started doing dishes for his mother. His mother bought him a chef coat which later brought out his interest in cooking. He learned cooking from his grandmother and started making cooking videos which later became his passion.

Hayan's family is settled in Chennai, and he is studying in third grade at Chennai Sherwood Hall School. He owns a YouTube Channel named Hayan Delicacy with videos uploaded in Malayalam, English and Tamil.

Hayan wants to become a pilot but not at the cost of his passion for cooking. He is interested in playing the violin and dancing. Hayan dreams of starting a pasta bar and turning everyone into pasta lovers.
