Mammikka becomes 'Mammukka': 60-yr-old's stylish transformation

In Kerala's Kozhikode, 60-year-old Mammikka shot a photo for a wedding suit company last week that went viral on social media.
SHK Digital Wedding Studio photographer, videographer, and graphic designer Shareek Vayalil Shk initially shared the aesthetically shot images on Instagram.
Shareek said, "Mammikka was a natural choice because he has a unique look for photography."
After a long day of work, Mammikka told this outlet: "We shot when the time was right. I had never imagined that this simple photoshoot would bring me such fame.".
The images show Mammikka in fashionable blazers and sunglasses posing for Shareek's company, Your Choice. An iPad is also visible as a formal touch in the photo.
"It was only when the pictures became popular on the internet, and the news broke out in media, that I realised it had become a big event," Mammikka said.
Shareek reacted to the photos by describing the sleek avatar of his friend as "Mammikka 2.0."
Majnas Arambram, who works as a makeup artist, helped the 60-year-old get ready for the photoshoot. The makeover was filmed.
Mammikka has also drawn comparisons to Malayalam actor Vinayakan.
They have been best friends since childhood. When they were children, I went swimming in a river and almost drowned. He saved me. Ever since, we have formed a special bond," said Shareek.
