Thiruvananthapuram: ABN group Chairman and NORCA Director J.K. Menon has announced that the families of those who tragically lost their lives in the Kuwait fire disaster will receive financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh each. This heartfelt gesture aims to provide some relief to the bereaved families during this difficult time.

Reflecting on the tragedy, J.K. Menon expressed deep sorrow for the lives lost and emphasized the shared grief felt by the community. “In this tragedy in Kuwait, our hearts ache for the lives that have been lost. Every family has tears in their eyes for their loved ones. They are our brothers,” Menon said.

During his announcement at the Lok Kerala Sabha, Menon also revealed that dependents of the deceased will be offered jobs within the ABN Group establishments. This initiative is intended to support the families in rebuilding their lives. “We will ensure that their dependents are given opportunities to work in our establishments,” Menon stated.
