Woman throws 5 kids from terrace, two injured

Ranji: A woman threw five children off the terrace of a two-storey building in Sahebganj district of Jharkhand on Sunday evening, seriously injuring two.

The shocking incident took place in the Bihari Lal Mandal Bhavan, where ten children were watching TV in a room. Reports say the woman arrived and took five children to the terrace where she proceeded to throw them over the edge. A local who attempted to stop her was also injured in the altercation.

The police took the woman to the station for further questioning where it was established that she was not of sound mental state. The families of the victims have not registered any complaint against her.
