Soldier beaten to death for protesting against his daughter’s obscene video

Ahmedabad: A BSF official was beaten to death in Gujarat's Nadiad for protesting against the circulation of his daughter's obscene video.
He had gone to the home of the 15-year-old who allegedly posted the video online on Saturday. The boy was also seen in the viral video. The teenager was in a relationship with the jawan's daughter and the two went to the same school. The boy's family attacked the father at their home, reported NDTV.
Sources in the BSF confirmed that the jawan had gone to the boy's home to speak with his family. His wife, two sons, and nephew also accompanied him. When the boy's family started abusing them, he objected which led to the attack.
BSF soldiers were at the funeral of their colleague.
A police case has been filed.
